We are seeking a Corporate Strategic Finance Director to shape our company’s long-term global financial strategy and market posture. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on capital allocation, capital structure, M&A, capital raising, and investor relations to ensure sustained growth and market positioning. You’ll work closely with the CEO and Director of Investment & Strategy to build investor-grade models, prepare materials, and align financial strategy with investor expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Long-term Strategy & Capital Allocation
– Develop multi-year financial strategy and investment frameworks (ROI/ROIC, hurdle rates, payback). Balance growth, profitability, and runway. Capital Structure & Liquidity
– Design and maintain the optimal capital structure, oversee liquidity planning, and drive working-capital efficiency. Capital Raising (Debt & Equity)
– Plan and execute financing processes, including equity/debt raises, investor materials, data rooms, and diligence coordination. Investor Relations
– Craft investor narratives, KPIs, and reporting cadence; support roadshows, meetings, and ongoing investor communications. M&A & Strategic Transactions
– Source and evaluate opportunities, lead valuation and deal modeling, and drive due diligence and integration planning. Financial Modeling & Scenario Planning
– Own long-range plans, run stress tests, and connect strategy to operating plans and forecasts. Governance & Stakeholder Management
– Maintain finance policies, prepare board/investor materials, and partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into execution. Must-Have Qualifications 8–12+ years in Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Capital Markets, or Investor Relations in high-growth environments. Hands-on experience with capital raises (debt/equity) and M&A execution. Proven expertise in capital strategy, transactions, financial modeling, and valuation (3-statement models, ROI/ROIC, scenario planning). Strong executive-level communication skills with credibility among investors, lenders, and boards. Advanced Excel; proficiency in PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with BI tools (Looker/Power BI) and ERP (NetSuite/QuickBooks/Intacct). BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA/CPA/CFA a plus).
