High-stakes litigation is one of the most intellectually demanding and economically significant professions, yet it's burdened by workflows that are inefficient and incredibly costly. At Advocacy, we are changing that. We are a well-funded company building a purpose-built AI platform that empowers litigators to achieve better outcomes, faster. Founded by experienced Big Law litigators and top-tier engineers from Meta and Dropbox, our platform is not a generic AI wrapper; it's a secure, sophisticated workbench designed for the precision and rigor of the courtroom. Having launched very recently, we are scaling rapidly to meet strong market demand. Our platform is already in use with litigators at several top firms, and we are looking for our first commercial leader to accelerate our growth. The Opportunity: Scale Our Go-to-Market Engine This is a career-defining opportunity to scale our commercial engine and shape a category-defining company. As our foundational sales leader, you will build upon our significant early traction, including active pilots at top law firms, to formalize and accelerate our sales motion. You will work as a direct strategic partner to our CEO—a former high-stakes litigator who understands the buyer intimately—to refine our GTM strategy and lead its execution. For the right person with a "founder-like mindset," this is a chance to take a proven, validated product and build a world-class sales organization around it. What You'll Do

Formalize the Playbook:

Partner with the CEO to formalize and scale our successful early sales motions into a repeatable playbook. Own the Full Sales Cycle:

Independently manage the entire sales process from prospecting and managing inbound leads to negotiation, closing deals, and managing renewals. Own and Scale the Infrastructure:

Own the selection, implementation, and management of our sales stack (CRM, etc.) to ensure a disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting. Accelerate Revenue Growth:

Execute a strategic plan to expand our customer base and consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Deliver Powerful Demos:

Master the product and lead compelling, value-based demonstrations that are tailored to the specific workflows and pain points of litigators. Be the Voice of the Customer:

Relay insights from your conversations to the product and engineering teams to help shape our product roadmap and maintain our competitive edge. Who You Are

An Experienced B2B SaaS Seller:

You have 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong, demonstrable track record of closing complex, high-value deals and exceeding quota. An Early-Stage Builder:

You have been an early commercial hire at a venture-backed startup (Seed to Series B). You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are responsible for creating structure and process, not just operating within it. A Founder in Spirit:

You possess a high degree of grit, ownership, and initiative. You see challenges as opportunities and are relentlessly focused on hitting business targets and driving the company's success. A Consultative Partner:

You have exceptional listening skills and a genuine curiosity that allows you to deeply understand customer pain points. You build trust and sell through a consultative, value-based approach. Legal Industry Experience (Strongly Preferred):
