Georgia State University College of Law invites entry-level and lateral candidates to apply for a tenure-track professor position in Health Law to begin no later than the 2026-2027 academic year. A successful candidate will be expected to teach in the health law and general law curriculum, make meaningful scholarly contributions, participate actively in the life of Georgia State Law and the Center for Law, Health & Society, and enhance Georgia State Law's strong reputation. Specifically, the College of Law seeks candidates who research in health law with a particular interest in health business, financing, and/or regulation and can teach at least one of the foundational courses required for the Health Law Certificate: 1) Health Care: Finance and Delivery and/or 2) Health Care: Quality and Access. Applicants seeking the rank of Assistant Professor should demonstrate a track record or promise in teaching and research. Applicants seeking the rank of Associate or Full Professor must have superior academic credentials and a demonstrated potential for excellence in scholarship, teaching, and service. Applicants should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school (or foreign equivalent). Preferred Qualifications/Experience
