IT Federal Sales Director

Location: Washington, DC The Federal Business Director balances the sales engagement, business development, and federal strategy for GST. This individual needs to understand all of the functional aspects of developing a business unit/group. The role is accountable of the Fed team's performance and serves as a leader within the sales organization. He or she must have past experience in developing a business group/unit, extensive knowledge with federal clients/projects, work independently, and be self-motivated. Job Functions Define and execute federal sales strategy to meet sales and margin targets. Develop and sale into specific federal accounts. Develop territory sales plan and prospect new opportunities. Closely manage dealers, distributors, and OEM accounts and establish strong multi-tier relationships within each organization.
