Lead, mentor, and develop the Business Office team; foster a culture of service, accuracy, and continuous improvement. Modernize systems and dashboards (ERP/accounting, HR/payroll, tuition management, and reporting automation) to elevate decision quality and transparency. Knowledge and experience with Blackbaud FE NXT/RE NXT, Tuition Management, and Google Workspace, or the ability to learn them.
