Job Summary and Responsibilities
Efficient interpretation of clinical information to meet radiology needs of patients in collaboration with the clinical team
Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning according to the order
Monitor radiation exposure time and activity with careful attention to safety
Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and self
Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain radiology equipment to prevent equipment failures
Job Requirements
Current CPR certification
CRT & Fluoroscopy Permit certification
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a staff technologist
ARRT certification in Mammography, Computed Tomography, Cardiac/Interventional Radiology or MRI; must spend at least 25% of clinical time in the specialty
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of principles, protocols, techniques, and procedures of Diagnostic Radiography and the specialty
This position is represented by SEIU Local UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Pay Range $55.95 - $65.91 /hour
