This is your opportunity to join a hyper-growth company on a fast track to IPO. In this role, you'll define and lead the company’s global compensation, HR systems, and analytics, aligning with business objectives and long-term growth. This pivotal role requires strategic vision and the ability to partner with C-level executives to influence outcomes at scale.
Responsibilities
Define and lead Cato Networks’ global compensation and benefits strategy to support growth objectives and remain an employer of choice. Oversee HR systems and analytics, driving data integrity, insights, and evidence-based decision-making. Partner with C-level executives on executive compensation, equity, and incentive design. Lead and implement effective compensation programs aligned with market trends and business strategy. Conduct benchmarking and market research to keep compensation competitive. Analyze market-based compensation surveys and provide recommendations to optimize compensation plans. Research and evaluate employee benefits across industries and geographies; advise on updates to benefits policies. Collaborate with executive management to structure and optimize compensation plans and offers. Partner with finance to design and implement equity and incentive programs, including stock options. Oversee the annual salary review process for fairness and alignment with objectives. Provide guidance to managers on compensation and benefits matters. Manage relationships with external vendors, including benefits providers and compensation consultants. Lead HR analytics projects to drive data-driven decisions and insights for business leaders. Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in global compensation and benefits management/total rewards in global tech companies. Experience leading compensation strategy in high-growth, global technology companies, with involvement in IPO preparation. Proven track record of using HR analytics to drive strategic decisions and improve processes. Experience leading and optimizing HR systems to support scalable people operations. Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity design, and governance. Strong track record of partnering with C-level and executive leadership. Excellent analytical skills with experience in market analysis and benchmarking. Ability to build an excellent team through recruitment, mentoring, and day-to-day management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
