Duties
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Perform a range of dental procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, dental extractions, and other necessary treatments. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and ensure all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards. Apply aseptic techniques to prevent infection and ensure patient safety during all procedures. Educate patients on oral health care, preventive measures, and post-treatment care. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide seamless patient care. Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and best practices in the field. Requirements
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state dental license to practice dentistry. Proficiency in dental terminology and medical imaging techniques. Experience in oral surgery is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Commitment to providing exceptional patient care while adhering to safety protocols and aseptic techniques.
