Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Director of Sales and Implementations, SaaS, will lead sales strategies, deployment, and customer adoption of POOL360 solutions, including Pool360 PoolService, WaterTest, and POS systems. As the strategic leader for SaaS revenue and customer success, this role involves defining and driving implementation excellence, fostering superior customer experiences, and ensuring long-term growth in the pool and spa industry. The Director will work closely with customers, field leaders, and corporate executives, holding P&L responsibility to deliver results. Responsibilities

Develops and executes comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption of POOL360 PoolService, WaterTest, and other SaaS solutions. Leads, mentors, and manages the sales team to achieve revenue growth targets and build high-performing teams. Builds strategic relationships with industry partners, pool service providers, and retail pool stores. Collaborates with marketing on targeted campaigns, lead-generation strategies, and outreach initiatives. Represents POOL360 solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing engagements. Oversees the implementation team to ensure seamless deployment of SaaS solutions. Develops best practices for customer training, onboarding, and ongoing adoption. Optimizes implementation processes to enhance efficiency, accountability, and customer satisfaction. Builds feedback loops with product teams to continuously improve solutions based on customer insights. Aligns sales, implementation, and support teams to deliver a consistent and impactful customer experience. Analyzes market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights to refine strategies. Provides regular reporting on sales performance, implementation successes, and customer engagement. Builds detailed business cases for growth initiatives, resource allocation, and technology investments. Other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements

Proven expertise in SaaS sales, including revenue growth, product launches, and adoption strategies. Experience leading sales teams, defining product roadmaps, and driving scalable business strategies. Ability to analyze market trends, prioritize investments, and align cross-functional teams for execution. Strong background in retail, service-based technology, or B2B industries; pool and spa knowledge preferred. Proficient in SaaS onboarding, integration, and customer success processes to enhance satisfaction and efficiency. Collaborative leader capable of fostering alignment across sales, marketing, IT, and support teams. Thrives in fast-paced environments with a focus on innovative solutions and value-driven improvements. Ability to travel up to 50%. Company Overview

The annual compensation for this position is between $200,000.00 and $225,000.00, based on full-time employment. Relocation or cost-of-living adjustments may be available.
