Overview
We are currently hiring a Commercialization Manager in Boston, MA or Milton, DE. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in office per week. The Commercialization Manager is responsible for leading the facilitation of end-to-end execution for products, packaging and marketing assets. In this role, the Commercialization Manager will need to work closely with internal and/or external Brand Teams, Creative, Legal, Finance, Planning, Brewery Operations and Divisional and Trade Marketing to construct from concept to customer delivery. Responsibilities
Coordinates all aspects of project management from initial concept to delivery to customer Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders (if applicable) to keep project goals on track Communicate project updates, timelines and status reports to key stakeholders Flags project risks and facilitates solution based conversations with key stakeholders Utilizes contemporary project management techniques to execute projects effectively, while striving to improve efficiency of project workflow Builds cross-functional relationships with the key stakeholders to effectively facilitate each project Develops the creation of timelines based on the Workfront template by coordinating with cross-functional teams for each project Ensures timelines are adhered to by applying a variety of negotiation and influencing tactics to ensure coworkers and projects remain on time Takes initiative to identify opportunities for process improvements and provides suggestions to enhance project efficiency & effectiveness Utilizes all BBC systems to include Workfront, Proof HQ, Master Data Management, SharePoint and any new systems that are introduced Leads meetings, facilitates key conversations, and ensures follow-up actions are completed by stakeholders Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements What You’ll Brew

4yr/Bachelor's Degree - project management, marketing, business 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related field Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and time management Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curious mindset with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications
Previous Project Management experience within CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Level and Compensation
Level: 6 Salary Range: $73,000 – $133,300. This range is based on related experience, skillset and location. This position qualifies for a discretionary annual bonus and, in some sales roles, a car allowance. Perks and Benefits
