Katie.Kelly@ambrion.com 952-278-1813 Responsibilities: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Develop models to support acquisitions, growth initiatives, and investment decisions Prepare executive-level reports and presentations, including Board materials Partner with operations, sales, and leadership teams to align performance with strategy Streamline FP&A processes and tools to drive efficiency Qualifications: 5-7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or public accounting experience Strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting skills Advanced Excel and ERP/reporting tool expertise Clear, confident communication with executives and boards Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 base plus 15% bonus This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance, 401(k) This is an opportunity to
own FP&A in a scaling organization , working side-by-side with executives to influence strategy and support long-term growth.
