We have a stock base of3,000 properties; we own 21 supported housing properties, have around 45 sharing owners and offer a factoringservice to over 800 owner occupiers. Our housing stock is a mixture of new build houses and flats built betweenthe late 1970s and the present day, Victorian sandstone tenements including a few listed buildings and 1930s‘interwar’ flats. They are spread across several locations in Glasgow including Bridgeton, Calton, Cranhill,Castlemilk, Dalmarnock, Scotstoun,Baillieston and Blackhill.PROPERTY SERVICES MANAGER (DEVELOPMENT)Due to the retirement of the current Property Services Manager (Development) we are looking to recruit for a newManager within our Property Services Department. They must have experience of providing medical psychiatric care and working in amultidisciplinary team across a range of psychiatric sub-specialities.The role also requires excellent IT, written and verbal skills.You must have an excellent understanding of the mental health and learning disability agenda in Scotland and thecapacity to influence and negotiate with high-level colleagues in the health, social care and voluntary sectors.They must also be able to communicate effectively and empathically with mental health and learning disabilityservice users, carers and advocatesAlso, you must have experience in the application of, and excellent understanding of, mental health and incapacitylegislation in Scotland.
