Senior Interior Designer - Healthcare at Ryan Companies US, Inc. This role focuses on delivering high standards of design excellence, solving problems, and inspiring design within a collaborative team and independently. Experience in healthcare design is preferred. Responsibilities

Works in tandem with Client, Project Architect, Design Project Manager, Designers, Development, Construction and Consultants to develop documentation for coordination and construction. Leads the development of an interior design vision on projects and ensures the vision is maintained through all phases of design and construction. Leads a team of Interior Designers through the project delivery process on large, complex projects. Manages and coordinates a complete set of interior design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule. Leads all phases of the Interiors project scope from programming to construction administration, focusing on interior building codes, interior detail documentation and constructability. Leads development and implementation of a design palette that supports aesthetic, budget and functional goals; advises clients on finish and material selections. Leads design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings; guides the team on complex technical issues. Collaborates with healthcare project teams and clients during programming and planning efforts. Provides guidance to Interior Design team members on unusual or complex technical issues; researches and leads interior design code reviews. Manages and coordinates Ryan’s QA/QC process and project specifications for interior scope of work; communicates deviations in scope to client and Construction. Participates in project interviews and supports business development efforts; contributes to Ryan culture through office activities and learning programs. Establishes and pursues annual goals for growth in the industry; supports design excellence, execution and sustainability. Directs, supervises and mentors staff; participates in performance reviews and goal setting. Qualifications

Interior Design licensure required. Professional Interior Design degree or related field experience preferred. EDAC, CHID or other healthcare accreditation preferred. Relevant professional work experience in healthcare design (acute care, ambulatory care, medical office buildings, laboratory, and pharmacy). Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate and lead a diverse team on large, complex projects. Proven track record of leading and coordinating work efforts of staff with inspirational, collaborative leadership. Advanced knowledge of healthcare interiors and design concepts, practices and methods. Strong knowledge of Revit; proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp and Bluebeam. LEED AP and/or WELL AP preferred. Strong knowledge of building regulations, Facility Guidelines Institute (FGI), safety codes; ability to research and apply into technical documents. Eligibility

The annual salary range is $89,200 - $111,500 per year. The salary may vary based on location and candidate experience. Position may be eligible for additional compensation including commission and/or incentive programs. Benefits
