At Flowise, our team is dedicated to simplifying the creation of AI solutions. Our low-code platform makes it easy to build powerful chatbots and autonomous agents. With Workday's recent acquisition, we will provide customers with an easy-to-use platform to quickly and responsibly build and deploy AI agents for HR and finance. This partnership also empowers partners to build faster, expand their offerings, and deliver quicker value to shared customers. We are hiring in several areas, including product, engineering, and design to help drive this exciting initiative. About The Role
We are growing and looking for a Manager of Software Development Engineering to join our team. You will bring together and mentor a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and skills. You will collaborate closely with Product and Design to maintain and expand our solutions. Your leadership will be vital in delivering outstanding AI at scale. What Youll Do
Collaborate extensively: Partner with engineering, data science, product management, and design teams to bring our vision, strategy, and roadmap to life. Cultivate an inclusive team culture: Develop a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, encourages experimentation and innovation, and promotes understanding of business and engineering practices. Take ownership: Responsible for the development, maintenance, and performance of key areas of our platform, adopting a "you build it, you run it" attitude. Communicate optimally: Clearly and proactively connect with your team and partners. Empower your team: Provide engineers with support, resources, and constructive feedback to thrive and grow. Build a strong team: Recruit, hire, develop, and retain versatile engineers from all backgrounds. About You

They bring urgency, a bias for action, and are outcome-driven. Basic Qualifications
10+ years experience in software engineering 5+ years of experience in management roles Other Qualifications
Extensive experience in building and operating products at scale (AWS, Node, Typescript ecosystem preferred) Advanced knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc) Full-stack generalist able and interested in helping the team achieve goals, including hands-on contributions (not an ongoing expectation, but may be necessary during early team assembly) Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research Pay Transparency and Benefits
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Pay ranges vary by location. The total compensation package may include a bonus plan, commissions, or stock grants. Compensation offers depend on geography, experience, skills, duties, and business need.
