Submit electronic invoices to clients on a monthly basis and manage the transition of clients to e-billing Provide follow-up support to attorneys, practice office staff, and clients related to electronic billing Handle a heavy volume of highly complex e-submission assignments for key corporate clients, ensuring client, internal, and firm guidelines are followed Act as a liaison between billing attorneys/secretarial staff, practice office billing staff, and clients’ staff assigned to electronic billing, providing expert-level SME support Coordinate resubmission of invoices and implement corrective actions for future submissions Populate, maintain, and update data for assigned clients in the 3E system and clients’ external web applications; ensure information is accurately reflected in the firm’s 3E system Perform technical and logistical tasks with internal/vendor/client personnel to transition clients to electronic billing Work with the department supervisor to support e-billing systems (user accounts, security levels, budgets, status reports, matter profiles in sub-systems) Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information Qualifications

Knowledge and experience with web-based e-billing systems and vendors (e.g., Serengeti, Datacert, Tymetrix) Ability to test and troubleshoot multiple e-software applications; summarize findings and identify potential problem areas Ability to work with LEDES formats Minimum of two (2) years of experience with the 3E Billing system Minimum of two (2) years of experience with E-billing vendors Minimum of five (5) years of experience in general accounting practices Minimum of four (4) years of experience involving billing processes and practices Knowledge of 3E’s E-Invoicing module, preferably A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Benefits & additional information
