The multi-office set-up means the culture has a ‘family-feel’ to it, and with around 500 staff across the firm, there’s lots of scope to advance to Director and Partner. Unlike positions with the top 10 firms, you’ll get plenty of variety, working with a wide range of clients (from small to international across multiple industries).
