Data Analytics & Process Automation: Assist in transforming complex trade data into actionable insights, streamline processes through automation, and create visualizations to support global decision-making. Business-Technical Liaison: Serve as a key link between the business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements to support solutions. Team Execution: Support daily tasks, training, metrics, and related activities to help the team meet objectives. Qualifications / Requirements
Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited university is required. Active enrollment in an accredited university for the duration of the co-op, pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or MBA, and not graduating before July 11, 2026. Preferred majors: Supply Chain Management, Engineering (various disciplines), Materials Sciences, Packaging Sciences, Business, or related fields. GPA of 2.8 or higher. Experience or strong interest in Data Analysis and Process Automation with tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, R, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc. is highly desirable. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent communication and leadership abilities are preferred. Ability to balance multiple projects and work independently as well as in a team. Permanently authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship at time of application or in the future (CPT/OPT/STEM OPT considerations noted). Compensation & Benefits
Expected pay range: $23.00 - $51.50 per hour, based on program year, discipline, degree, and experience. Co-ops/Interns may be eligible for Company-sponsored benefits, including medical benefits and sick time. See company benefits site for details. Additional Information
