Principle, Global Benefits Manager Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate PagerDuty\'s global benefits programs, encompassing health and welfare benefits, wellbeing, leave management and retirement benefits. Collaborate with leadership to align programs with organizational strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Provide strategic direction for the Benefits Service Delivery Partner team, ensuring timely resolution of 2nd tier employee benefit inquiries, strategic benefit communication initiatives, and collaborative partnerships. Develop functional strategies and specific objectives for the team. Utilize market data surveys and industry networking to evaluate trends and maintain market competitiveness of all benefits offerings. Lead the development and management of program budgets for assigned areas. Uphold the benefits philosophy, ensuring equity, and offerings alignment with company values and market standards. Provide consultation and serve as a resource to leadership, HR Business Partners, and Recruiting on benefits programs, policies, and practices. Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience with a focus on managing Compensation & Benefits functions for a global organization. Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, business, management, or related field required, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in using data and analytics to manage performance, develop insights, and support decision-making. Knowledge of benefits regulations in the United States, Canada, Portugal, Chile, UK, Australia, The Netherlands, and Japan. What We Offer

Base salary range: $131,000 - $220,000 USD; may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, and location and may vary by market and experience.
