The Talent Acquisition Partner leads recruitment efforts across regions and divisions, attracting, screening, and onboarding new team members while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In partnership with hiring managers, this role oversees full-cycle recruitment, from job postings to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while remaining attuned to headcount needs and the evolving competitive landscape. The position also requires staying informed about industry trends, business strategies, culture, and competition, and exemplifying Tire Discounters’ core values. Responsibilities

Sourcing and Recruitment: Promote positions via brand pages and other platforms; manage requisitions and postings across job boards; utilize social networks, resume databases, trade schools, and other channels to source candidates; pre-screen and evaluate candidates; schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers; maintain awareness of staffing landscape, current headcount, and openings. Candidate Experience: Build positive engagement with candidates; manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding communications; gather feedback from new hires and suggest improvements; draft offers and ensure alignment with headcount and pay bands. Talent Advisory: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify target qualifications and skills; prepare interview questions, provide guidance on selection and retention; coordinate with Regional/Zone leadership and HR Partners; lead training for hiring managers; stay compliant with recruiting laws and best practices. Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: strong business maturity, professionalism, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities; provide actionable feedback to Hiring Managers; HRIS and ATS proficiency or aptitude; proficient with Microsoft Office and social platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to drive candidate flow; strong networking capabilities; adaptability and self-motivation to work independently. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience; 1–2 years in a multi-unit or retail environment; experience in high-volume recruitment; experience with ATS and HRIS; experience using social media to source candidates. Physical Demands
