The Sr Designer will be a key member of the creative team, responsible for creating compelling and cohesive visual content that represents the Denver Summit FC brand. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of graphic design principles, a passion for sports, and the ability to translate strategic goals into impactful visual assets. Examples Of Work Performed
Brand and Identity: Uphold and evolve the Denver Summit FC brand guidelines across all platforms. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new visual concepts that align with brand strategy. Digital and Social Media: Design and produce a wide range of digital assets for social media (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok), including static images, animations, and video graphics. Print and Collateral: Design and prepare print-ready materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, and in-stadium signage. Game Day and Events: Create visual content for game day presentations, including in-stadium video board graphics and broadcast overlays. Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with the ECD and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver on creative briefs. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, or a related field. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including digital, print, and branding projects. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). Preferred Qualifications
Experience in motion graphics and animation. Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Familiarity with web design principles (HTML/CSS). Experience in photography or videography. Knowledge of soccer leagues and culture in the United States. Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Passion for soccer and a genuine interest in the Denver community. Compensation
Base salary range $68,000 - $73,000 per annum Eligible for annual discretionary bonus Benefits Include
