We are seeking a proactive, self-driven
Marketing Specialist
to serve as the sole marketing resource for CCL. This is a hands-on role, best suited to an independent contributor who thrives without direct oversight and can collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. The individual will be responsible for shaping and executing CCL’s marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on content creation, brand positioning, and digital presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver consistent, engaging content to strengthen CCL’s brand, niche, and value proposition across all communication channels, including: LinkedIn posts Blogs & newsletters Company website (WordPress) Corporate brochures, presentations, and other collateral Build trust in the brand through
social proof campaigns
(e.g., customer feedback, reviews, testimonials, case studies, co-branding). Plan and execute
performance marketing campaigns , including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting, and gated content. Design and manage outreach sequences, ideally leveraging
HubSpot Marketing . Maintain and update the company’s
WordPress website , uploading new content (technical support available for complex needs). Provide marketing support for
event-based initiatives . Collaborate with external partners/agencies for
SEO and AEO
improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or other relevant field. Proven experience in developing and managing
multi-channel marketing campaigns . Strong content creation skills (copywriting, brand storytelling, digital content). Demonstrated ability to run
social proof / trust-building campaigns . Hands-on experience with
performance advertising
(LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.). Familiarity with
HubSpot Marketing
(or similar marketing automation tools). Working knowledge of
WordPress CMS . Experience producing
short-form video content
with some editorial support. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Experience in marketing within the staffing industry or another B2B professional services industry Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance. Understanding of
SEO/AEO principles
