Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the successful execution of projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Coordination
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to review project designs and specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and schedules.
2. Technical Oversight
• Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address technical issues.
3. Budget and Cost Control
• Track project expenses and assist in cost forecasting and reporting.
• Identify potential cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Verify and process invoices and change orders.
4. Communication and Reporting
• Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Facilitate effective communication to resolve project challenges promptly.
5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of work.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure safety compliance by conducting inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore).
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
