Mentor other designers, sharing best practices for designing with emerging AI technologies. Work closely with India- and US-based teams as part of one global design and engineering effort. What You’ll Bring To The Role
8+ years of product design experience, including significant work on complex enterprise applications or AI/ML-driven products. A strong portfolio demonstrating human-centered design solutions for technical or ambiguous problem spaces. Expertise in interaction design, UX, and prototyping; ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant solutions. Experience designing for developer platforms or technical tools is a strong plus. Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product managers on cutting-edge AI use cases. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence design direction across global teams. Passion for shaping how AI is experienced in secure, enterprise-ready environments. Why join us?
