Job Summary And Responsibilities
Otolaryngologist responsibilities are to diagnose and treat conditions related to the ears, nose, throat, head and neck. Perform both medical and surgical treatments for a wide range of conditions, from ear infections and sinusitis to complex cases such as neck cancers, hearing loss, and reconstructive surgery. Provide comprehensive examinations, develop treatment plans, provide patient education, and collaborate with other providers and specialists such as speech and language pathologists and audiologists. Provide post-operative care and monitor patients progress after treatment.
Job Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible — to be completed within 5 years of residency.
DEA/CSR Requirements: Must possess a valid Oregon DEA, OR License and Medical Malpractice Insurance
Medicare/Medicaid requirements: Must accept all Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare – no sanctions
Certification Requirements as needed (BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, etc.): BLS Preferred
