As the Executive Assistant to this Executive, you will provide right arm support while managing general office operations. Main duties include managing a very busy calendar, scheduling interviews, light research, slide deck creation and editing, some client development support, and travel booking. The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives in a professional services environment, client-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Executive’s calendar and schedule meetings with clients and candidates. Coordinate travel arrangements and off-site meetings. Assist with business development and marketing activities. Organize logistics of on-site meetings, including scheduling conference rooms. Compose business professional emails and other correspondence to executive teams both internally and externally. Create, edit and finalize presentations using advanced, professional PowerPoint skills. Draft and finalize meeting materials, documents, and memos as needed. What We’re Looking For: Experienced. You have worked in a professional services environment as an Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary supporting client-facing Principals. Education. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Poised. You remain composed under pressure and are confident in your ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Tech advanced. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, and can troubleshoot basic technical issues. Communicator. You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
