Join a community health center with 10 locations in northern Indiana. The group is looking for a family medicine physician for its Warsaw and Plymouth, IN sites. About the Position Monday - Friday strictly outpatient position. NextGen EHR Work up to seeing 15 patients per day. Candidate must be willing to supervise APPs. Additional income provided.
