Mayo Clinic’s Department of Neurologic Surgery at Mayo Clinic Rochester is seeking to recruit academic neurosurgeons with fellowship training in complex spine, with comprehensive training in all facets of neurosurgical spine surgery including open and minimally invasive approaches. Preference will be given to candidates who bring interest to build practice in areas that are not offered and will complement the existing strength of the spine program at Mayo Clinic. The individual will join Mayo Clinic’s Department of Neurologic Surgery in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine (an academic tertiary care program) located in Rochester, MN. With the nation’s largest neurosurgical clinical volumes, collaborative clinical and research opportunities are available and encouraged across all Mayo sites (Arizona, Minnesota, Florida and the Mayo Health System). Responsibilities
Recruit academic neurosurgeons with fellowship training in complex spine and comprehensive training in all facets of spine surgery, including open and minimally invasive approaches. Exempt Compensation & Benefits
The minimum starting salary for Surgical specialties may range from $290,000.00 to $830,500.00. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
