Position Highlights
General dermatology with high demand for surgical excisions (no Mohs required)
Opportunities in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology as well as clinical research
Not private equity owned — physician-led and governed
4-day workweek with flexible scheduling
Starting base salary: $650,000 + productivity incentive
Additional annual earnings of $50,000 site director fee for each site: Lindstrom, Sandstone, Osceola (up to $150K extra)
Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

The primary practice site is Lindstrom, with satellite clinics in Sandstone, Osceola, and St. Croix Falls.
