Job Summary
The Human Resources Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting Novant Health’s mission by attracting, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent that reflects the communities we serve. This position is dedicated to high-volume recruitment for healthcare roles and will manage a large requisition load.
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full candidate lifecycle—from managing high applicant flow and identifying top talent, to maintaining strong pipelines of candidates, extending offers, and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding. Building strong relationships with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders will be central to your success, as will your knowledge of the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Thomasville, and Kernersville and surrounding markets.
This role requires someone with proven high-volume recruitment experience, healthcare preferred, who is skilled at balancing speed, candidate experience, and quality hires. Prior iCIMS experience is highly preferred. Preference for candidates located in Winston-Salem or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across the Triad region.

Source, screen, interview, and hire high-quality candidates, ensuring timely movement through the hiring process.

Partner with hiring leaders across multiple facilities, building strong rapport and providing consultative support.

Maintain talent pipelines and redirect them as new opportunities open.

Provide excellent candidate experience and represent Novant Health’s values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.

Partner with stakeholders to understand market-specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.

Leverage knowledge of the local talent landscape to proactively recruit and fill high-demand roles efficiently.

Education:

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field.

No degree required if experience is 8 yrs or more.
Experience:

Three years Recruiting experience, health care recruiting preferred with a Bachelor Degree, required.

OR if no bachelor degree, 8 yrs of recruiting experience without a Bachelor Degree
