About the Role:
Under the guidance of the Senior Vice President, the Senior Executive Assistant will provide essential administrative support to our Specialized Lending and Deposit teams. You will play a key role in coordinating national sales efforts and developing tailored solutions for niche clients, such as healthcare, insurance, and property management businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial record keeping, coordinate meetings and conferences, and handle office supplies and special projects.
- Draft responses and manage sensitive correspondence for internal and external communications.
- Serve as a point of contact for diverse callers and visitors, leveraging independent judgment to prioritize and organize tasks effectively.
- Schedule and organize complex activities, including travel and conferences for all team members.
- Create visually appealing presentations for the team.
- Maintain an organized filing system and library of trade journals for easy access to information.
- Sort and distribute mail, and respond to routine requests for information.
- Take messages and address routine and non-routine inquiries professionally.
- Collaborate with other assistants to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Act as a liaison with various departments and external agencies, providing critical support to executives.
- Manage confidentiality and explain policies when necessary.
- Work both independently and as part of a team on special projects assigned by the executive vice president.
- Oversee project management for special initiatives, such as presentations, informational mailings, and brochure creation.
- Support department activities by processing travel reimbursements and maintaining corporate credit card records.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Strong math and computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality in transactions and records.
- Professional phone demeanor and appearance.
- A willingness to learn about banking operations and services.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience, particularly supporting a sales function.
- Experience in the banking industry is a plus.
Additional Information:
