Project Manager – Commercial Design-Build

A respected design-build general contractor based in Johnston, IA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This firm is known for its collaborative, client-first approach and a strong track record of delivering high-quality commercial projects across the Midwest.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and all project documentation
• Drive schedules, manage subs, and chair weekly project meetings
• Support estimating during early design and planning phases
• Ensure site safety and oversee all quality control efforts

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of project management experience in commercial construction
• Experience with ground-up or design-build work preferred
• Proficient with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
• Local to Johnston, IA or willing to commute
• Clear communicator with strong planning and coordination skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or willing to obtain)
