What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead estimating and project management for corporate interior and office renovation projects valued between $1M and $10M
- Manage contracts, budgets, procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and change orders
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are consistently achieved
- Partner with clients, architects, and designers to deliver premium interior buildouts
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working with a General Contractor
- Strong background in corporate interiors and office renovations
- Proven experience delivering projects valued $1M–$10M
- Excellent estimating and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Procore/Bluebeam a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial, client-focused mindset with a drive to deliver results
