Note: If you are having difficulties uploading your photo, you may need to upload as a PDF file instead. BLS: We only accept BLS certifications completed through the American Heart Association (AHA). If your BLS expires during the semester, please sign up for a new class and notify your class date. All completed online applications and required documents must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the start of your class for Academic School Year 2025-2026 (Fall 2025, Spring 2026, Summer 2026).
