Overview We are looking for a thoughtful, talented, and experienced Senior Manager of Product Marketing on the Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) Industry Marketing team. This role focuses on marketing strategies and programs that improve health experiences and outcomes through AI-driven solutions in the Life Sciences and Healthcare space. Responsibilities
Driving awareness for our healthcare and life sciences product portfolio through the creation of compelling narratives. Collaborating with Product Managers, GMs, Sales, and Industry Marketing teams to define product positioning and launch plans for Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and related products. Building core product marketing materials (data sheets, demo videos, release marketing, pitch decks, enablement materials, and more). Designing and executing product marketing programs and events in partnership with marketing teams and global counterparts to raise industry presence and perception. Working with demand generation, field marketing, content, and creative teams to shape marketing programs that drive demand for the portfolio. Proactively identifying where business needs support and choosing appropriate levers to drive results. Collaborating with industry experts and Analyst/Press Relations teams to ensure thought leadership and ongoing relevance in a competitive market. Ensuring alignment and approvals with key healthcare and life sciences stakeholders across internal groups. Qualifications
Team-oriented, innovative, and experienced individual with leadership DNA and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse product and marketing team. Equivalent of 8+ years of product marketing or closely related experience at a global organization. Outstanding writing and content creation skills. Proven track record launching new products and growing to a mature business. Experience setting effective marketing strategies, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. Ability to translate market needs into product requirements with compelling positioning and messaging. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills suitable for executive interactions. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationships. Compelling presentation skills. Bachelor's degree. Desired Skills and Experience
Previous experience in pharma, medtech, or healthcare marketing is ideal. Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments with internal and external stakeholders. MBA degree is a plus.
