Our client is looking for an eager Junior Design Engineer to join a team that accelerates innovation across next-generation architectures and products. As a *Junior Design Engineer*, you will play a key role in supporting the intake and execution of company-wide innovation projects. Youll work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials for cutting-edge network and product architectures. This is a hands-on, learning-intensive role ideal for someone passionate about technology, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to real-world engineering solutions.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist in the design and documentation of MSO architectures including CRAN, DAA, NDC, HFC, and cloud video.

* Support the creation of visual design packages, build plans, and bill-of-materials.

* Collaborate with senior engineers and project teams to troubleshoot issues and develop implementation strategies.

* Participate in technical discovery, project planning, and financial tracking.

* Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.

* Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, policies, and procedures.

* Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering operations and tooling, including DCIM systems.

* Basic understanding of IP/RF/Optical networks and critical infrastructure systems.

* Exposure to Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) concepts.

* Ability to analyze technical challenges and contribute to strategic solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour
