The Commercial General Manager will lead cross-functional teams within

Sales, Product Management, Marketing & Communications, and Customer Experience . The role is accountable for overall business results and business management, driving growth strategy, digital transformation, and development of next-generation HVAC or related technology products. The ideal candidate has a strong HVAC industry background (or closely related field), exceptional leadership skills, and a track record of integrating acquisitions and maximizing synergies. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth, innovation, and market expansion; lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and digital solutions; drive integration and synergy realization for acquired businesses and product lines. Team Management & Organizational Leadership: lead and develop high‑performing teams in Sales, Product Management, Marketing/Communications, and Customer Experience; foster a collaborative, accountable culture focused on innovation, execution, and continuous improvement; align functional goals with overall business objectives. Growth & Innovation: identify market trends and customer needs to drive development of next‑generation HVAC or adjacent products; oversee full lifecycle of product development from concept to launch; champion digital initiatives to improve customer engagement and streamline internal processes. Customer & Market Focus: ensure exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships; guide brand positioning and external communications; utilize customer insights and competitive analysis to inform strategy and product development. Acquisition Management: target and perform due diligence; lead post‑merger integration of new units, including cultural alignment, organizational structure, and operational synergies; collaborate with finance and operations to measure and deliver on synergy targets. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience in the HVAC industry or a related technical field. Proven experience in general management with responsibility across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience. Strong background in digital transformation, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects. Experience in M&A integration and delivering post-acquisition synergies; experience with channel management. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%. Preferred Qualifications

Executive leadership development or certification. Experience in both B2B and B2C environments; global market exposure is an asset. Compensation & Benefits The estimated salary range for this position is $185k-$245k, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
