The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a hands-on approach, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology operations strategy that aligns with the company's mission and business goals. This includes balancing tactical execution with long-term strategic initiatives, providing technical leadership in designing and managing secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure, and championing best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure as code, automation, and operational excellence. The VP will also lead and mentor technology operations and SRE teams, oversee IT systems, DevOps environments, and AWS cloud operations, and ensure seamless service delivery across divisions. Applicants for the VP of Technology Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology operations, IT, DevOps, or infrastructure leadership, with a proven track record in managing cloud environments at scale, particularly with deep expertise in AWS. Strong background in modern DevOps practices and experience in leading AI initiatives is highly desirable. The role requires a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
