Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Maintain personnel files in compliance with regulations Process terminations and payroll/status changes Manage recruitment processes: posting jobs, coordinating interviews, applicant tracking, and reference checks Conduct orientations, plant tours, and onboarding sessions Perform E-Verify and maintain I-9 documentation Maintain employee badge and locker systems Respond to unemployment compensation inquiries and workers' compensation wage statements Support benefits administration as needed Assist with employee events and internal communications Prepare reports and documentation as requested Ensure compliance with attendance policies and progressive discipline processes Qualifications - Needed:

Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience Minimum 1-2 years in an HR administrative role Experience or strong background in employee records management, recruiting, onboarding, and HRIS systems Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge of E-Verify, I-9 compliance, and unemployment claims processing Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Valid driver's license and reliable attendance
