Starting rate : $20.43/ph, paid weekly
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Duration: 5 months with long-term opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Manage spare parts sales process: quoting, order entry, acknowledgements, status updates, changes, and invoicing
Ensure accurate order entry in SAP, including customer data, part numbers, pricing, and delivery terms
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and planning teams to meet on-time delivery goals
Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, portals, or phone
Track and report order status, backorders, and delivery performance metrics
Proactively resolve issues affecting shipments or order processing
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of relevant experience, or AA/AS degree with 1+ year of experience Background in Customer Service, Sales Admin, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Order Fulfillment Strong communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable with calculations (pricing, credits, discounts, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and sales order processes Knowledge of spare parts support, ideally in aerospace or electronics industries Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
