The Technical Production Assembler will be tasked with the set-up, repair, and assembly of equipment used in the manufacture of Destruction Devices. This is a hands-on position that will require a level of proficiency in electrical wiring, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and control.

Responsibilities/ Duties:
Work with a team to assemble entire equipment or components. Rotate through tasks for specific production processes. Review drawings for each assemble worked on Assemble each product according to specification. Maintain a clean orderly work environment. Identify any product defect, record and report accordingly. Conduct quality inspections of equipment or parts. Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet quality Standard. Complete any quality and production forms. Follow all quality and safety standards and procedures. Understand schematics for electro/mechanical assemblies. Experience with various types of power sources (e.g. AC, DC, single/three-phase). Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and schematics. Knowledge and experience in operating all types of hand and power tools while adhering to safety instructions. Use appropriate supplied measuring devices, including multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and other similar test equipment. Resolve assembly problems that may require altering dimensions or tolerances. Prepare finished product for shipment. Background/ Experience Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly or other related fields with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience. Experience with wiring, prototype, and production assemblies. Must be prepared to work flexible hours and schedules to meet deadlines. A major component of this job involves assembling, testing, and preparing for shipment of equipment that weighs up to 140 lbs. MUST MEET ALL HIRING CRITERIA BACKGROUND CHECK, E-VERIFY AND DRUG SCREEN
