We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of the electrical construction industry to drive growth across the Southeastern U.S. This role requires someone who understands the technical side of the trade-electrical systems, components, tools, and how to speak the language of contractors and engineers.

You'll spend around 50% of your time traveling within the region, building meaningful relationships, identifying new opportunities, and representing the company at job sites, conferences, and industry events.

Core Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Southeastern U.S. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and industry professionals Stay current on electrical technologies, codes, materials, and supplier offerings Confidently communicate technical concepts with clients and internal teams Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings Create sales plans, track progress, and manage accounts using CRM tools Oversee payment terms, collections, and ensure financial performance
