As a Security Professional - Unarmed Healthcare Patrols in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to staff, visitors, and patients. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property using a company vehicle. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies in a healthcare environment.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the healthcare location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, observations, and any incidents that occur during patrols.
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency responders as needed, supporting a welcoming and secure environment.
- Assist with access control and monitor entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized access within the healthcare location.
- Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or other procedures as required by site-specific policies.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Must have supervisory experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required and candidates must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. This is primarily for driving posts and is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
