* Builds effective partnerships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with recruitment strategies* Manages interview process to ensure all interviewers perform meaningful assessments in a professional, fair and equitable manner.* Partners with hiring managers, HRBP(s) and Global Talent Acquisition to create competitive offers for selected candidates and present offers in a compelling manner.* Collaborate with internal support and operational teams to ensure effective onboarding experience.* Manages external relationships with vendors and agency partners across teams.* Collaborates with Regional HR and Global Mobility for cross-global hiring.* Attract qualified prospects, recruits, and hires qualified job applicants.* Source and engage passive candidates.* Review applications, conduct phone interviews and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.* Partner with hiring managers to create competitive offers, advise on benchmarking and internal equity and present offers in a compelling way.* Collaborate with internal support and operational teams to ensure effective onboarding experience.* Build and manage pipeline of talent to meet future staffing needs.* Provides advice on recruitment needs and general HR related matters.* Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (or commensurate job experience in related field), required.* Minimum of five years talent acquisition experience to include full life-cycle recruiting, required.* SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, a plus.* Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.* Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment in a variety of roles.* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence.* Ability to advise managers throughout the process for best organizational results on hires.* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.* Experience with major Human Capital Management (HCM) software (Workday preferred).* Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Workday Recruiting preferred).* Ability to work well with talented and diverse audiences.* Full Lifecycle Recruiting expertise.* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.* Proficient with ATS and Workday.* Proficient with virtual meeting platforms.* Perform highly organized administrative duties with diverse stakeholders.* Knowledge of or ability to learn job-specific technologies: HRIS, ATS, SharePoint, LMS365 and MS Office.* Eager commitment to IJM’s Core Values: Christian, Professional and Bridge-Building.* Confidential; professional and friendly demeanor.* Ability to rapidly adapt, taking a flexible approach in responding to change.* Ability to respond to, and recover quickly from, difficulties in the workplace.* Sound judgment; proactive problem solver.* Well organized, attentive to detail.* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.* Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.* Manage multiple projects simultaneously; sense of urgency.* Exceptionally high level of honesty and integrity.* Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits* Monthly commuter and parking benefits in the DC metro area* Retirement benefit options* Paid leave starting at 23 days* 12 holidays (plus early release the day prior)* Daily, quarterly, and annual community spiritual formation* Robust staff care resourcesVisit our careers site below to learn about benefits, what it is like to work at IJM and to see frequently asked questions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
