The HR Generalist will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day human resources operations and ensuring alignment with organizational values and compliance standards. This role covers a broad spectrum of HR functions including employee relations, recruiting, performance management, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field; a minimum of three years of HR experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified as a Senior (SPHR) or Professional (PHR) in Human Resources; or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) with the Society for Human Resource management preferred.
- Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets professional reports, and documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquirers, regulatory agencies, or members of the health care community.
- Demonstrated knowledge of appropriate skills for communicating with all employees and management staff. Ability to effectively present information to a group and communicate with medical professionals.
- Ability to generate word processing documents conforming to assigned requests.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnish in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Ability to work a variety of computer programs, including but not limited to, Human Resources software, ADP-WFN, Paycor, Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Team members will be expected to comply with Bluegrass Care Navigators (BCN) Employee Health, infectious disease, and vaccination policies.
