Dental Assistant Full-Time - TRIAD KIDS DENTAL (DANVILLE)

We are an upbeat team looking for a Dental Assistant who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community. This is a full-time opportunity at our Danville office.

Compensation and Schedule

• Competitive hourly rate plus monthly bonus potential of up to $500
• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour or more
• Schedule: Monday – Friday

Certifications and Experience

• X-ray certification preferred
• Must have Dental Assistant certification
• Certified or registered Dental Assistant or currently enrolled in a Dental Assisting program

Responsibilities

• Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
• Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
• Take impressions of patients’ teeth, perform extractions and composite fillings, etc.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide nutritional counseling
• Review patient medical history, take vital signs
• Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
• Provide post-treatment oral care instructions
