No In-house Anesthesia: CRNA model - Call nights/Weekends EMR: Epic 36 weeks and up – Transfers to Norton or Univ of Louisville Program Details Program Start Date: December 2025 24 Hour Shifts- MHAS 20 days a month, clinic in house and on call at hospital at all times during shift. Hospitalists to Provide GYN Coverage: No Hospitalists Required to Perform Circumcisions: No Hospitalists Needed for First Assist: No Women’s Unit Medical Staff: 1 physician and 2 APRN’s Typical Schedule – Will finalize closer to opening MHAS Providers in clinic M-F, 8a-5p, and on-call after hours.
