Phlebotomist– We Train
We are looking for individuals with superior customer service standards, a High School diploma or GED, ability to work a flexible schedule, and an interest in making a difference in the world. Obtaining required state licensures or certifications where applicable is also necessary.

As a phlebotomist, you will be patient, reliable, and committed to keeping our donors comfortable and happy. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting in determining the suitability of donors
- Establishing rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality
- Responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions
- Monitoring donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product
- Setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines
- Disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment
The work is performed in a plasma center with potential exposure to biological fluids, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold. Personal protective equipment is required. Physical demands include standing for 6-8 hours per day, bending, twisting, and frequent hand movement.
