What You’ll Do
The Administrative Assistant assists in maintaining property operations with a focus on resident compliance with community rules and standards, while also serving guests and residents.
Your Job Will Include
- Perform weekly property inspections in conjunction with maintenance staff.
- Document and follow up with residents on rules and property violations, assuring timely compliance.
- Work closely with management to implement our community rules and standards program.
- Maintain open communications with all property and regional staff.
- Attend and participate in training programs and seminars as required.
- Handle inquiries by telephone.
- Run errands, including delivering various communications to residents, as needed.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience & Skills You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of office experience in property management.
- Strong communications and organizational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with computers, preferably Microsoft Word, Excel and/or automated accounting systems.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
