Join to apply for the Package Handler role at OnTrac. We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Syracuse, NY location. Address: 101 Danzig Street, Syracuse, NY 13206. Shifts: Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 AM - 7:30 AM or End of Sort; Tuesday through Saturday 2:00 AM - 7:30 AM or End of Sort. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate starting at $17.00/hr (weekly pay)

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be Safe! Safety is our first core value
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done

Qualifications

• Ability to stay on your feet while working – this is a great job for someone looking to stay active
• Ability to be dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

Referral Program

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout: $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 45-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 will be paid on the next paycheck after the 90-day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure
• Referral eligibility dates: 1/1/2025 to 12/31/2025
