Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring that our warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

As a Permanent Warehouse Worker, your primary responsibilities will include

• Efficiently sorting, handling, loading, and unloading palletized goods into and out of our warehouse.
• Ensuring that products are packaged securely and are ready for shipping or distribution.
• Operating various types of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines.
• Conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent product loss.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Complying with all safety procedures and regulations.
• Working closely with the warehouse supervisor to optimize warehouse operations.
• Assisting with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications

To be considered for the Permanent Warehouse Worker position, candidates must meet the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a warehouse setting, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with palletizing and packaging.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues or discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or similar safety training is a plus.
